Nest app history not showing

I having been happily using my 3rd gen learning thermostat and the Nest app (android) for the past few years. About 10 days ago the history stopping working on the app. It just says come back tomorrow. History is updating on the thermostat. The app and thermostat are connected. I cleared the app cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled the nest app. I have also done a factory reset of the thermostat. Still no history. I even bought a new thermostat but that's another story! So apart from history not updating on the best app everything is working fine. Has anyone gone any ideas which might work? I seem to have tried everything.

You could try contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country or region.
