Used the compatibility checker. 24c v and wires are connected to c, r, and rc. The checker told me to post a picture in chat.
Thanks for the help!

Hey folks,
Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.
Based on the photo of your wiring, it looks like the only wire connected are for power (R, C, Rc). Could you take a look a the main terminal and check if there's any wire connected to Y, G, W?
Thanks for your help, Patrick_Caezza.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Regards,
Ryan

Hi Ryan, thanks for the help. Unless I misunderstood “main terminal”, this Here is a pic of the rest of the unit. https://photos.app.goo.gl/jFoWPxWbgAZPs1eZ6

I realized that’s the same pic as before. Is the main terminal something on my furnace?

Hi Chrisw972,
Thanks for the reply.
You're right, you could check the furnace and the terminal is where all the wires are connected with their respective labels. Take a photo of it and attach it to your next reply.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
Ryan

Ryan, have you had a chance to review my message below?

Hey Chrisw972,
Thanks for your reply and for including a photo from the main terminal.
It looks like you have W1, W2, R, G, C and a Y and O connected. Just to verify, do you have a heat pump? If yes, we'll need to connect each of these wires to your Nest Thermostat.
Let us know how it goes by replying to this thread.
Best regards,
Ryan

Hi Ryan, I don’t have a heat pump.

Hi Chrisw972,
Thanks for your reply and we're sorry for the delay.
Since you don't have a heat pump, the O wire shouldn't be connected to your system. You'll only need to connect W1, W2, R, G, C and a Y to the unit.
Let me know how it goes by replying to this thread.
Best regards,
Ryan

Hey Ryan, I’m getting an error that says “no w1 or y1” wire. However my original connection was only a c and r. What should I do?

Hey Ryan, I don’t have a heat pump so which ones do I need to connect?
