Thanks. There is no learn mode. But there is Auto Schedule on the app - which is turned off. And the Leaf mode is ready - but off. Which is why I thought there was external control.
However, on the thermostat itself (in Tools) there’s a Seasonal Savings mode - which was turned on. It’s possible that this was causing the problem, since the thermostat was at 19°C on Christmas Day - perhaps the thermostat thought we were going to be away that day since we usually are?
Anyway, I switched that off, and readjusted all the temperatures to my preferences - I hope that fixes the problem.
