Nest controller has no power light. I have checked the mains into the controller and that is fine. I can even see the 240v on the relay connections for heating and hot water. Is there a fuse or something in the controller?

Hello Melany,
Thanks for responding. Basically I've had to buy a new heatlink.
There was 240v to the heat link but no 12v out to the thermostat. Pressing the heatlink reset made no difference at all. If I plugged the nest 12v power supply into the thermostat it fired up but was unable to operate the heating and hot water relays in the heatlink as there was no 12v on the heatlink. If I plugged the same 12v supply into the heatlink, the power led came on. I didn't have a second nest 12v psu so couldn't try with both heatlink and thermostat powered, but even if that did work I didn't have anywhere near the heatlink to plug a psu in anyway. I took the heatlink apart and could see no signs of burning out on the pcb, just no 12v. Hence new heatlink.
