Not able to log into nest app via iphone app or via windows laptop in hime.nest.com

@zk4597631 , if you have forgotten your Google nest password when you try to login from a computer just do a forgot password and recover your password. Once you recover your password, you can change your nest thermostat pin code.

you posted here looking for help and you said you could not login to the your hime.nest.com. Frankly, I wouldn’t figure out what the heck site HIME was. I have no assumption about you and you have no assumption about me and my knowledge level. I  am a Google Nest Pro, I’m also a Google Pro and I’m also a Cisco CCIE. I am a university graduate with multiple engineering degrees and a masters degree in Technology Management. So I am pretty sure I know what I am doing and talking about.  

Just log into with your computer using email ID and password you set the account up with. Then you can reset you google Nest Thermostat PIN.
