Nest doesn’t appear

The settings or menu options do not appear when I drag fingers along side of the nest device to see menu. 
Does not allow me to see settings on the screen so I can scan QRcode.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues navigating your Nest thermostat. Let's sort this out.

If you're adding your Nest thermostat to the Google Home App, the QR code is located at the back of its display. Check out this guide to setup your Nest thermostat. Also have a look at this article on how to control it and let us know if you need more help.
