Nest e thermostat two separate heating options

Hi

Is it possible to connect Nest thermostat to 2 separate heating options? I have floor heating downstairs controlled by own steering unit currently. This has wifi simple controller currently. Radiators upstairs controlled by Nest E Thermostat. Both connected to gas boiler. Previously downstairs and upstairs have radiators controlled by this thermostat.
