Hi we had a power surge and it blew the fuses. Now my nest thermostat is giving me a e195 error. I did a complete reset and it is now saying that my ac is turned off. I am at my wits end. .. Update the battery was drained on the thermostat so I try to charge it over night and see what happens... Update .. charging the thermostat did not work. Please I need help

Thanks for reaching out. If your fuse looks blackened and discolored, or the small wire filament inside is broken, consider replacing your fuse.

Make sure to reattach any panels you needed to remove on your furnace as your furnace may not turn on if your panels are not attached correctly.

Thank you for checking in on me. Taking care of and it cost me over 1000 to get fixed. Was more than a problem with the thermostat.
