Nest gen 1 and 2 thermostat

Just received email from Nest saying they will discontinue support for Generations 1 and 2. They also offered a discount on new Nest products. So nice of Google. No thanks I will be buying from a competitor as well as not buying anything from Google since they can’t support their existing products and inconveniencing their loyal customers
