Nest gen 2 issues

Hello all. 

I can’t seem to get my nest gen 2 to display a nest app icon. I go under settings but there’s no app icon. I’m trying to add my nest to my nest app on my iPhone. Also I want to take the previous owners email off my nest thermostat. Thanks

Sorry to hear about the issues you're running into, it can be frustrating but I'm happy to help. 

I would suggest doing a Factory Reset as this will help all issues that you're running into right now.
