Nest heat link dead

I have a nest learning thermostat which was installed August 2020.   Just recently I got a H72 error on the thermostat.   I checked the heat link and see it is totally dead, no lights.  Tried to reset but no joy.   

Does anyone have any advice on how I sort this.  Supply and installation was through Electric Ireland.  Obviously I want to try and sort while the weather is ok currently :).   Really annoyed this happened just outside the two year warranty and is my second one I've used and never has died before

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry that your Heat link won't turn on after you reset it. I understand how frustrating it can be. Let's find a solution together.

Before I proceed, I would like to ask you some questions to assist you further.

Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?

If yes, how long was the power off for?

Has there been any electrical or plumbing work carried out recently?

How long have you installed the Heat Link?
