My nest heatlink just stopped working. I install these for customers. I have confirmed mains power to the unit. The unit has no indicators. Was working up to yesterday. Can I send heat link for replacement?

I tried pressing button for 30 seconds. There is no lights and nothing happened. I have confirmed that there is 220v power supply to the device. I install these and this unit is dead. Please let me know if you can ship me another unit asap.

How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones are present in the setup?

Hi,
My heat link stopped working from yesterday after working without any issues till then. It is a heat link for Nest learning thermostat. Currently no lights on this. 240v Power is confirmed on it.
Tried button for reset. Tried switch off the power and on again. But no luck.

How can I get support for resolution of this issue. Currently radiators not working. So urgent help required.
