Hi, I have a problem with my heat link which has been working without any issue until this morning. There 240 volt supply is there but with no lights on. I've tried the 30 second button press, and turning the power off for 10 minutes but that hasn't worked, can you please help with info on a replacement.

Im having the same problem and would appreciate some advice. I thought I could turn on the heating system from the boiler itself but cant. The boiler is fine and hot water is fine but no heat

I've Contacted Google nest support and they are working through it right at this very moment.
If your boiler has a service or chimney sweep mode, then activate that and your heating should come on for a short time - not ideal but keep repeating that when the cycle finishes to keep the heating going.

Hi Mick, Google support are sending out a new heat link. Thank you very much for your tip on getting the boiler going in the interim by using service mode. Good luck with yours, hopefully the problem is sorted soon.
