Nest - heat link

Hi I’ve had a nest installed and using it for around 6 months - all been great , However this morning I’ve had an error message H71 Heat link failure to connect thermostats to the heat link. 
it appears the heat link has a problem as there are no lights. I’ve tried turning off the mains power and pressing the heat link button for 20 seconds to reset but there is still no lights on the heat link? 
I assume my decide is under warranty and or is there anything more I can do to reset it?

If the power is ok and the Heat Link still has no reaction, even after power cycling it would be best to get in touch with our direct support line.
