Nest heat not turning on

When the temperature outside dropped to my auxiliary heat settings for my heat pump the heat did not come on and the temperature in the house got colder and colder.  I did a reset but did not help. 

i manually went to equipment and ran a test on heat pump. The auxiliary heat came on. The nest worked for couple of days after test but broke again. 

the best is less then a year old and has been working fine until outside temperatures started dropping.

still having same problem. After running AC the heat will not come on.  I run heat in test mode and it works.

i checked my schedule and nothing was there. Reset. Charged battery. Heat still doesn’t work.

Apologies for the delayed reply. Having heating issues is never ideal, and I am sorry to hear you are running into the issue. I wanted to reach out and see if I can help get you up and running. Do you mind me asking if you are able to send a picture of your current wire set up for me to review?

Im still having heating issues. 

my wiring configuration hasn’t changed in 3 years. I replaced the nest thermostat 6 months ago due to the network quit working. I’ve reset the thermostat, charged the battery, turned off power at breaker and it is still broken.
