Nest heat type unknown

We have just moved into a house where hydronic floor heating was installed.

We have reset the nest thermostat to connect to it and it has just asked us the type of heating system. The previous owners of the house are unsure.
We have both a system and combi gas unit outside so unsure which is connected to the floor heating.

if we pick the wrong one could we cause any real damage or is a matter that it just won’t work?

Thanks

Just set to system boiler.

The only difference will be an extra icon for water heating when set to system.
