Hello, I have a Nest thermostat since Jan 2021 I think. But today it is unresponsive. H71 message on theromstat and the heatlink box is completely dead. My electrician test and there is definately power going to the heatlink. There has been no power cuts surges so it does not make sense why it would just stop working.
Would it be still under warranty? How can I arrange a replacement?
