Hi - we've never had an issue with our Nest before.
This morning the schedule for hot water came on and heated the hot water fine.
However this evening another schedule we have for hot water didn't produce hot water.
I've tried doing a boost and it says it's on from the app but it doesn't turn orange and it doesn't heat our water.
The heating is working as normal.
We have an electrical connection to the hot water tank and turning that on heats the hot water so it must be a fault with the Best and not the boiler itself.
Any suggestions?

You could try and reset the schedule, but chances are it could be motorised valve stuck in the system.
