My Nest heatlink has just stopped working overnight. There are no lights on it at all and I can't turn on the boiler because it's totally unresponsive. I've tried every troubleshooting step in the forums and it's still not working. It's currently -3 and no heating, so not sure what to do--customer service aren't helpful at all, I just keep getting pushed from one department to another.
