@Nest is useless, incredibly hard to program, very frustrating, no phone tech help AT ALL. Changing from AC to heat has been a disaster, I set comfort, eco, and sleep to 71 degrees..I even deleted all three and just restarted comfort… my home is now 73 … after 30 minutes of trying to navigate nothing but obscure instructions, I can’t get it to go down. A piece of garbage. My utility company said it would be fantastic… it’s a nightmare. Heading to Lowe’s in the morning to buy a good one
