How do I turn off my nest thermostat at 8pm every night?

I want to in an uncomplicated, straightforward way do what I can with my smart plugs. Every night at 8pm, force the thermostat to turn off. 

don’t want the a/c to turn on at night. Sometimes this will happen because it’s set to x degrees. Either I or other family members will adjust it on device. So I want a force-off at 8pm
