Allow Custom Time schedules for Nest Temperature Sensors

Please allow user customization of when to use add on Temperature Sensors.  It needs to be more flexible and allowing users to customize specifically when to use additional Temp Sensors.  This will result in reduced energy usage and increase the value to the customer for purchasing and installing a Nest Thermostat.  The current fixed schedule scheme is not optimized and inflexible forcing users to cool and heat areas of the house when these areas are unoccupied.  Please this functionality is overdue and is considered a weakness for the Nest.

Thank you for your response and interest.  As you know the current nest app allow four different time frames for when the A/c will use any particular Temperature Sensor.  The problem is that these times are locked and do not offer the flexibility of customization to better meet the end user’s actual temperature control needs.  If you can allow these timeframes to be adjusted by the user I believe that it will result in reduced energy consumption and improved functionality for the user.  Some people may only need 3 time slots, while others may only need two.  Making this Sensor schedule user customizable will be a nice new feature that will make Nest further ahead of the competition and demonstrate your continued efforts to improve and expand on what the Nest Thermostat can do to make our homes more comfortable and efficient.
