I have 4 temperature sensors, but they are no longer connected to the thermostat. They weren’t moved, they all just stopped connecting. I tried removing them and re-adding them, but still receiving the same error message — "The app had trouble connecting to the Nest service. Try again." I also tried removing the batteries and left them out for 10 minutes to try to reset them. My Nest thermostat is on the WiFi as are all of my other devices, with no issues. I’ve also tried resetting my router.
Is Nest no longer supporitng temperature sensors. Please help.

Hi NestSensor4,
Thanks for reaching out to our community.
Not being able to get the most out of your sensors is certainly not what you expect, especially after they’ve worked fine, let’s try some troubleshooting steps to get them working once again.
Have you tried performing a connection test before? A connection test is the most effective way to determine what's causing your sensor to not connect to your thermostat. To test the sensor's connection, follow these steps:
I suggest restarting your thermostat as well. If you've removed the batteries for 10 minutes, you can try to unpair and pair your sensor back to the account, as your account information might not be picked up due to the reset.
Let me know what you find out.
Regards,
Angel.
