Hello. My Nest Learning Thermostat has worked great nearly 1.5 years. We had a pretty big thunderstorm yesterday and now my Nest system keeps starting my AC on and off again. Starts up, pauses for about 3-5 seconds and starts right back up. I restarted it, checked the wiring and run whatever tests I could and everything seems to be doing what it needs to do but it still keeps restarting.
Please help!!
Ps. I have NOT been running the system with a common wire ever since it was installed.

Hi RsNest,
Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry for the late response. Let me take a look at this for you.
Please help me with your Nest Learning Thermostat's power reading that can be found on its Settings > Technical Info > Power, and list down the power readings of its Battery, VOC, VIN, and lIN. Also, if the air filter is dirty and needs to be changed, I recommend you replace the filter by referring to this article for more details.
I'll look forward to your response.
Best,
Zoe
