Nest keeps turning off early

3rd Gen Nest Learning Thermostat

This Nest is in a church in the UK. Eco and away are both off. Twice since yesterday Nest finished early and left the building at a lower temperature than it should.

Any suggestions as to why this should happen?

An what can be done about it?

I re-started the Nest today using "set thermostat to heat". Is this the correct action?

Thanks for reaching out here @HolyPeter . If you saw the thermostat asking to be set to Heat mode that means it was set to Off mode. When the thermostat is set to Off mode, it will ignore any schedule that may have been set. You can learn more about the different heating modes here. You should keep the thermostat in the heat mode so it follows the schedule.
