Nest learning thermostat 3rd gen not connecting to Wi-Fi

Nest thermostat has been disconnected from WiFi for 4 days. Ran through all troubleshooting steps. Still not working

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're facing with your Nest Thermostat's connectivity issues. If you've already gone through the troubleshooting steps and the issue persists, here are a few additional suggestions you can try:

 

  1. Ensure that the Wi-Fi signal in the thermostat's location is strong enough. If the signal is weak, consider moving the router closer or using a Wi-Fi extender.
  2. Check your router settings and make sure that there are no restrictions preventing the Nest Thermostat from connecting. Ensure that the router's firmware is up-to-date.
  3. Sometimes, a simple reboot can solve connectivity issues. Try restarting both your router and the Nest Thermostat.
  4. If all else fails, you may need to perform an Account Connection reset on the thermostat.

 

Also, let us know if it shows any message codes or reports. This might help us determine what could be the issue.
