Nest learning thermostat connected to internet but I can’t see temperature on my iPhone

I can’t get my temperature at home on my iPhone when we’re at home or away but the thermostat says it is connected to the router

It appears to be an account-related issue you're having. Do you see your Nest Thermostat in the Nest app? If you're not, make sure that you are in the right home structure where you might've linked it. If you are uncertain, you might have used a different email account for it. Verify the email address signed in on the app and try signing in on a different email address that might be associated with it.
