My software updates to v5.9.5-2 only but the website pages say the latest version is 6 2-27. Why will out not update to the latest version?
Trying to resolve a problem whereby my heating system thermostat setting, when satisfied, still keeps the boiler running continuously. Thought a software update might resolve the problem.

The Nest Thermostat is the Learning Gen 3 thermostat, UK version

Hello there!
Thanks for replying. The software version you're currently having on your thermostat is the latest available at the moment on the European version of the thermostat. The version mentioned above is only for the North American thermostat. I am sorry to hear that you're facing an issue with your thermostat. Could you please elaborate a bit more about this situation?
