Hiya,
I am trying to set up my nest learning thermostat and it wasn't linking to the heat link.
I tried a hard reset, but after the yellow light slowly blinks three times nothing happens when I hold the button for 30 seconds.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong, or how to get it back to pairing mode?

To better assist you, I'd like to ask the following:
Additionally, I recommend resetting your Heat Link by pressing and holding the button for over 30 seconds until the blue light appears. For reference, you can check out the following article: How to restart Heat Link or reset it to factory defaults.

Thank you for your help
It's a gen three I have, and I haven't connected it to the thermostat I don't get any error messages
I've tried to do the rest, but I never get it to work
I press the button down, I get an initial 3 slow pulses of the orange light, it then goes off and never comes back on
Anything else you can suggest?
