Nest learning thermostat keeps say no power. I re charged and re started. It went on for about 20

I need help- help cod is e3. Power it keeps shutting down after checking the circuit breakers, checking the wire that is a C wire that came with the Pro thermostat by Google nest. I just won’t connect to power and stay on

To make sure about the reason for this situation, please help me with these details:

  • What type of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system do you have?
  • ¿What troubleshooting steps have you done?

In the meantime, here are a few things you can try:

  • Before you start, please turn off the breaker for your HVAC system.
  • Check if the air filter is clean and replace it if necessary.
  • Check if the drip pan is not overflowing.
  • Check if the drain tube isn't clogged.
