Hello,
We've had the best thermostat installed last September (2020) with no problems at all. Now for the last 2 months, the thermostat does not have the ability to find the network anymore. Additionally, the thermostat doesn't always respond when being pressed, when the screen is off.
I've gone through all of the advise given on this forum and performed all of the tests; yet with no results on getting the thermostat to find the network.
I believe there is a physical defect with this thermostat, and would like to know how to get it either working correctly, or replaced.

Thanks for getting back to me on this...
Since I didn't hear anything back on this here, I called the customer service line and talked to tech.
After going through the steps of all the checks, tech had determined the thermostat was defective and sent me a new unit. I'm happy to report; when I plugged in the new unit, it worked flawless, and found my network immediately.
