Nest learning thermostat

My nest learning thermostat has stuck on Pro Id….. how do I get past this? Where do I find this number??

I fortunately was able to contact the Nest Pro!

The only people that have a Nest Pro ID is a Nest Pro.

Fifi3, I suggest that you manually restart your thermostat first then redo the setup process. When you're at the Equipment part, select on Homeowner instead of Nest Pro. Take a look at this link for the step by step guide: https://bit.ly/3xqDqYm
