Nest learning thermostat

I recently changed phones, I added the Nest app on my new phone but the schedule isn’t coming up in my app. It continues the way I set it up with my old phone. Do I delete the app and reinstall? Will the thermostat give me a new scan code? Help!

You need to take your Nest app on your old phone and have it delete the thermostat. Then on your new phone, use the Nest app to add your thermostat again.

@ris77, If you already added your thermostat to your account, just login with the same email address to the Nest app associated with your thermostat on your new phone. Once logged in, select your thermostat so you can edit your temperature schedules. If you don't see your thermostat, check for other available structures where it might be connected.
