We have reset nest and connected to our WiFi. When I try to use the app it asks for an entry key. There is no entry key as it says this thermostat is connected to an account. We want to use the app on our phone to control the thermostat when we are not at home. We were successful with this last winter but our phone is no longer paired. We have followed all the instructions all the guidance but the nest cannot connect to our google account and we need help to establish the pairing again.
