Nest learning thermostat

Hello , I installed two nest learning thermostat s , I have two zones so one for each zone . The first one we did we connected successfully . However the second one won’t connect to the app .. not sure what I’m doing wrong . It asks for the codes I enter them and it says not connected . I manually connected the thermostat to the WiFi but can’t get it to connect on my phone . What am I doing wrong ?

I’m going through the same thing. After entering the key code my app should recognize the device and enter it into my device list but it doesn’t. It doesn’t do anything. Why?
