I have had nest for almost a year. No problems until last night. When I got up this morning, one nest (not the others) had a message saying "Continue to set up on your Google Home". The wireless connection in the house is fine. I cannot get the nest unit to respond by swiping or tapping. When I go to the app on my iPhone, it says to check wifi connection...which is fine. What to do?

Sorry to hear about that @noelonly - have you tried putting in new batteries?

We had to replace ours but it was covered under warranty
