Our 3rd gen Nest Thermostat, which has been working great for 5 years, is now no longer connecting to the Heat Link. I have tried restarting the Heat Link and done a full factory reset (held down the button for 20 seconds), but it still won’t connect to the main unit.
Can this be fixed or do I need to replace the lot?

Hi @Zeroesandones , thank you for all the information.
If the thermostat is mounted on a stand you can try bringing it closer to the Heat Link, making sure you plug it in to power.
Make sure to also turn of Wi-Fi and any other device that could cause interference in the area when trying to reconnect.
Press and hold the button on the Heat Link for about 20-25 seconds. The LED on it should go to a slowly blinking blue color. Once it is like that try and go through each of the option the thermostat gives you after the message that it is disconnected.
