Nest not cooling til 80-82

Hello. Any help trouble shooting why out nest allows the house to get to 80-82 during the day? We tried turning the schedule off. That didn’t work. We also tried adding a schedule and that also did not work

During the times when the house gets too hot, what does the Nest tell you that it thinks it's supposed to be doing?  Does it show that it's aiming at 80 or 82 (as if that's where it's programmed), or does it know that it's supposed to cool to 76 (or whatever)?  If it knows that it's supposed to cool to 76, does it indicate that it's doing so?  Is your compressor running all this time?  These questions are to try to figure out if the problem is the Nest's programming, or its communication with your AC, or the AC itself.

I would guess it’s going up to the ECO temp when there is no movement in the house.
