Nest not turning the heating on

Hi,

I’ve amended the Nest heating schedule, reducing the temperature from 20 degrees to 18 but the heating doesn’t come on when it should. 
I can only get it to work if I increase the temperature to 20 degrees or higher.

This is the case wether I use the app or manually use the nest hub.

• When did the issue start?
• How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
• What is the ambient temperature when you expected the thermostat to turn on the heating?
