Nest phone app.

I been using nest for many years no problem, yesterday when I opened nest app. On my phone I can't check temperature or change temperature from my phone I need help to fix my problem.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about what happened.

Here are couple of things we could check to further isolate the issue:

• Restart your thermostat and your WiFi router.
• Check for available updates on your Nest app.
• Check and update your WiFi information on your thermostat. Check out this link.
