Nest power connector wiring doesn't match

My HVAC system doesn't match any of the wiring described in the basic or advanced setup guides.  When my A/C runs, it trips my breaker.  I assume it happens when the Nest draws power to charge is battery.  The thermostat is hooked up with R, G, W, and Y wires, but at the air handler there is only R, G, W, and C (there is also O, but it's not hooked up to anything).  The Y wire at the thermostat connects to the C in the air handler.  How can I wire the power connector? Here's the air handler wiring diagram.

I think I figured it out, I connected the C wire from the power connector directly to the left output of the 24V transformer, and treated the wire labeled C in the air handler as the Y wire.  I think this should work, can anyone confirm I'm not breaking anything?

Hi DCubed72,

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry for the late response. I want to check to see if you are still in need of any help. If so, you may check out this guide on how to install a Nest Power Connector. Please also send a photo of how you installed the Nest Power Connector on your furnace control board.

I'll look forward to your response.

Best,

Zoe

I think I got it working, it was extremely hot this week and I ran the AC all week without any power issues.  Here is a picture of the wiring, it's hard to tell what's going on there, so here is a diagram of how it is wired.  The G, W, R, O, and C on the right correspond to the same on the left in the original diagram I posted.

While I appreciate the response, if you had read the very first sentence of my post you would know that the installation guide you linked to was not helpful as my system does not have a control board.  If the guide was helpful I wouldn't have come to the forums in search of additional help.
