Nest power connector

I’m getting inconsistent power to my thermostats and with the AC running often my battery is dying. I purchased a nest power connector but I’m unsure of how to hook up to my boiler. I also have my AC air handler in the attic but I believe the thermostats draw the power off the boiler. Running a plug in C would be much more difficult which is why I’m trying this power connector. Picture attached.
