Hi,
I recently had issues with my nest thermostat which involved me getting two replacements sent out, which was received and my broken ones were sent back.
i was told in November that it would take 13 weeks for my refund £100 which was the cost to have them replaced by the engineer.
15 weeks later I email Google back to ask what was going on and I’m then told “oh you’ll need to send the details through” which I do only to receive another email telling me that it’s going to take another 13 weeks to go through.
I’m going to put this down to how absolutely incompetent you are because I wouldn’t like to believe that you really don’t want to reimburse your customers!!!
13 weeks for a refund…. Do you allow 13 weeks for people to pay your bills?

Hey @James13,
I'm sorry to hear about your experience as I understand how frustrating it must be to wait so long for your money back. Please let me know if this was resolved already or you're still waiting for your refund.

Learning Thermostats that came in google branded packaging? ...for heat pump units?
Were they by any chance making a horrible clicking sound at the unit outside?

Could you provide us please with a picture to see what's this about? Also, a picture of the device making the clicking sound please.

How can I send a picture of a sound? ...and the device isn't clicking the heat pump is.

I posted the info requested on my thread.

I've checked on the post. The fact that the brand is another one is just that Google bought Nest, but the product is the same nonetheless. Also, is the thermostat connected directly to the heat pump or the Heat Link is the one connected to the heat pump? We'll need a short video to see the setup and the issue in order to be able to isolate it a bit and see what happens in there.

Thank you. I've seen it. We'll continue there. I'll have to close this thread.
