Nest report never sent

Hi,

 

My nest report has never been sent to me. I have had my thermostat for a couple of years and it seems to be doing exactly what I want but I would like to see some of the data.

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. 

 

Do you recall if you've turned on Monthly Home Report emails on your Nest app? If you're unsure, please try the steps below:

  1. Open your Nest app.
  2. Tap Settings on the app home screen.
  3. Select Notifications.
  4. Choose Nest Home Report.
    1. Note: You may need to scroll down to see this
  5. Toggle the slider to turn Monthly Home Report emails on or off.

Hi,

 

So there has been no change.  Still haven't received any report.  I'll factory reset and see if that does it.  Didn't want to do that though as I have had my nest for over 18 months and presume it has learnt my patterns etc.
