Nest smart themostat

I have installed per directions... says all wires are detected except for W, not conected, and G says empty.... not understanding, have uninstalled and re connected many times...HELP

Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community Forum! I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

I understand that the installation can be confusing with the undetected wires showing. I would appreciate it if you could share with us your old thermostat and Nest Thermostat's wiring. This would help me check its configuration.
