Nest stat not working (again)

Hi,

my nest is not working again (second time in 12months 😬

I have a solid green light in the wiring centre. When I activate the stat the relay clicks but the boiler does not come on, if I press and hold the centre button it does not go to manual override but it does switch off and then switch on again. 

I am beginning to think this was not a good specification or purchase for my home. A angle defect in the first 12 months is manageable - a repeat demonstrates a problem with the product. 

csn anyone help as I suspect I. EEC s new wiring centre (again) but cannot simply buy one. V happy to be proved wrong,

Post pics of Nest wiring and also the system wiring on the other end showing the terminals.

Also the model number of the heating system data plate.
