Nest thermo

Hi

i need to speak to someone on the telephone to try to diagnose what has gone wrong with my next thermostat. It has been working but suddenly it won’t power up or connect and there is no green light on the hub in the cupboard. 
please advise how I can speak to someone live

My nest thermostat dropped the wifi months ago and try as I might following all the steps it will no reconnect. Please can someone help me
