Nest thermost not working

Hi can any help . my nest thermostat is not working which is only 18 months old so I'm trying to find contact details for warrintes to get it replaced

Hi

if you go into settings and scroll through, one of them will (should) show you the name of the installer.
mid it was a Neat Pro installer, your warranty went to 5 years so they should be able to help you
