Nest thermostat Gen 3 Heat Link

Hi, I have a problem with my heat link which had been working fine until 2 days ago. There is a power supply, but no lights on. Called an electrician out who said the heat link needs to be replaced. Please can you let me know what I need to do to get a replacement?
