Nest thermostat Routine

Here is what I am trying to accomplish I have Home and Away setup(motion) how I want it, I have a separate game room from the main house. I have teenagers that can't remember anything and live in South Dakota so I have to turn it down when not in use (away). That works great except nights where him and friends want to sleep out there, when the stop moving the thermostat sets to away and the freeze or roast depending on the time of year. With Alexia I was hoping to start routine via voice command or whatever. Basically set to home(or even a set temp) for 8 hours then back to normal Home/Away. If they set the temp manually it gets out of Home/Away so even if there was a way to make sure it was back to home/away at 8am every day or something like that. I don't think the phone would work because I don't want it turned on when we are just home but not in the game room.

After the specified duration, the thermostat resumes its energy-saving behavior.
